Three potential traffic calming treatments were investigated for each of the roadways leading into the Village of Waterford Virginia as directed by the Board of Supervisors: chicanes, chokers, and splitter islands. Five locations for potential treatments were identified that would minimize impacts to residential Right-of-Way (ROW) and impacts to the environmental and historical constraints.
