traffic 2019 oct 30 Village of Waterford Speed & Volume Summary Results

Loudoun County requested a speed study to be conducted on First Street (Route
662), Loyalty Rd, Clarkes Gap Rd, High Street, Second Street, Water Street, and
Main Street in Waterford (See Exhibit A for location of speed studies). Truck
counts were also conducted at the same time as the speed study.
The data was collected using road tubes and portable machines for a 48-hour
period. The data collected was analyzed and a summary report prepared for each
study site listing the average speed along with the average daily traffic volumes
and other relevant statistics. The truck percentages were also computed.
